Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

Worn Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been:

• Worn
• Washed
• Tried on without underwear

cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
